How to get an employer group on board with Priority Health Medicare

You must be an appointed agent to quote group Medicare plans. Complete and submit an agent agreement (907KB PDF), if you haven't already. You can start quoting after you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Small groups (2-50 members)
