2009 Individual Medicare plans

Priority Health Medicare plans are priced to meet your client's needs and preferences. Whatever you're looking for, Priority Health has a plan for them — and our plans all include Part D prescription coverage. Features include:
  • Local customer service representatives available 24/7 to answer member questions
  • Worldwide coverage for urgent care and emergencies
  • Visits to specialists without a referral
  • Preventive care covered, such as annual exams and routine health screenings (including mammograms and prostate screenings)
  • Predictable, low copays for prescriptions (so they always know what they'll pay for medications), which could mean significant annual cost savings

Priority Health Medicare plans

PriorityMedicare ValueSM
Perhaps your clients don’t use their medical benefits very often. They may prefer a plan with lower monthly premiums. PriorityMedicare Value offers the lowest premiums of all our plans. One simple plan. One low price.

PriorityMedicareSM
Do your clients use their medical benefits frequently? PriorityMedicare may be a good choice. They pay a slightly higher premium than they would for PriorityMedicare Value. But their copays and out-of-pocket costs are less. And there's no deductible for their covered prescription drugs.

PriorityMedicare PlusSM
With PriorityMedicare Plus, members have similar benefits as PriorityMedicare with the added benefit of enhanced prescription drug coverage. This includes coverage for generic drugs when they are in the "donut hole" (also known as the coverage gap).

PriorityMedicare RxSM
Offers savings on prescriptions now and protects members from rising prescription costs in the future. It’s available throughout Michigan.
