HealthbyChoice Rewards

HealthbyChoice Rewards^SM is an incentive program that engages employees to make healthier choices while giving employers the benefit of lower health care costs (healthy employees = fewer doctor visits and sick days).

Employers can set their own rewards to encourage employee participation and healthier lifestyles. We will work with employer groups to identify specific wellness commitments they'd like their employees to accomplish in a certain time frame.

In addition, we support employees in setting and achieving personal goals.
