Priority Health offers free or discounted COBRA administration services through Infinisource^TM, one of the foremost COBRA administrators in the nation.

How much can employers save?

Thanks to Priority Health's arrangement with Infinisource,

• Employers with fully-funded medical plans pay no service fee
  
• Employers with self-funded medical plans pay a discounted service fee

How to apply

Employers must complete an Infinisource application and submit it directly to Infinisource to set up COBRA services.

How the benefits work

Employers who sign up with Infinisource must report enrollment changes to both Infinisource and Priority Health. When an employee leaves the company, he will receive premium notices directly from Infinisource; however, employers may choose to send the notices themselves.
