Using your online agent account

Priority Health offers you the convenience of online tools to quote or renew small business groups, check your commissions, access your groups' information and much more. Your account representative or agent services coordinator can help explain the value of the online tools.

Account requirements

  • Every agent and agency employee that requires access to group information must have their own personal Agent Center account.
  • Agents who have already submitted an Agent Agreement can create an account now. If you haven't submitted an agreement, you can do so now. Go to Agent Agreement information.
  • Agency employees can create an account now.
  • Agents who change agencies can keep their online account, but must submit an Agent Agreement transfer amendment to continue their appointment. Open the transfer amendment (352KB PDF).
  • Agents must notify Priority Health when an employee leaves so that employee's account can be deactivated.

Creating an online account 

  1. Open the the agent account request form. 
  2. Fill out all the information the tool requires.
  3. Choose a username and password, set three security questions (the ones we'll ask if you forget your password and call us) and agree to the Terms of Use and privacy agreements.
  4. We'll verify the agent information and activate the account, usually in less than two weeks.

If you don't register for your own account, we will set one up for you after we receive your Agent Agreement.

Accessing your groups' online tools

As an agent, you have the ability to access many of our online employer tools, such as:
  • Analysis - See member, claims and billing reports for your self-funded groups.
  • Employee inquiry - Review employee benefit information
  • Enrollment - View, enter and edit enrollment records
  • Billing inquiry - Look up your groups' current and past premium bills and balance.
  • Order ID cards - Request new or replacement ID cards

Submit a Request to Access Employer Online Tools form to obtain permission from an employer group to use these tools.
