Tips for completing CMS online training

All agents who sell individual Priority Health Medicare plans must be certified.We've made this process as easy as possible by breaking it down into two steps:
NOTE: Certification is an annual process. Agents must be re-certified before the open enrollment period begins each November. Contact the Medicare sales team with questions about the certification process. Step 1 — CMS/AHIP online agent/broker training & testingIn response to feedback from numerous agents, we're now accepting AHIP training to satisfy Step 1. You're required to complete Web-based CMS certification training or AHIP training to sell Priority Health Medicare MAPD and PDP plans for 2010. Successful completion of Step 1 is required to move to Step 2.CMS online trainingWeb-based certification training that you can complete any time, any place.
