Enrolling a small group
Before you begin...
Keep this important information in mind as you go through the application process:
- Group applications must have an effective date of the first of the following month and can't be submitted after the 20th of the month.
- You're required to allow 30 days' lead time for processing.
- Final rates will be based on final enrollment.

Only for reform groups of 2-50 eligible employees. Each employee declining coverage must fill out a waiver form. |
Enrolling new members during a plan year
When a group needs to add new employees to their coverage, they can use our online Enrollment tool, which employers can access through their online account.
