Direct deposit

Get your commission check up to 3 days earlier by signing up for direct deposit. With direct deposit, we'll send an email to your secure mailbox with your statement to let you know the deposit has been made. There are no paper statements and no trips to the bank to deposit a check.

Fill out and submit a direct deposit agreement (80KB PDF) to get started. Fax the agreement to the agent services coordinator at 616 957-2529.

Payments, adjustments, statements

Priority Health pays commissions no later than 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which we receive the premiums.

Adjustments

If you have questions about your commission statement or notice an error, email the agent services coordinator or call 800 471-2504 (option 3). Per your agent agreement, you are required to notify Priority Health of any errors or adjustments to your commission within 90 days from the date of the commission statement. Commission adjustments may made retroactively up to 12 months.

Statements

If you enroll in direct deposit, you can see your commission statement in the Priority Health Commission Inquiry tool, which is also available  by clicking "Commissions" in the Agent Center.

If you don't enroll in direct deposit, you'll receive a paper statement with your check.

Questions?

Call the agent services coordinator at 800 471-2504, option 3, then 3 again, or send an email.
