An agent/employer/provider account

It takes between 48 hours and 14 days for us to activate your account, because we must verify your identity and access to protected information. Please be patient.

Forgotten your username or password? Don't register another account, ask us to reactivate your old one. (It’s faster.)

• Employer account: To manage your employees' Priority Health coverage. E-mail Melody Geers for help, or call her at 616 464-8970.
• Provider account: To access Priority Health patient and billing information. Call the Provider Help Line at 800 942-4765 for help.
