To access your own Priority Health coverage and health information, you need a member account.

  • OK, are you ready? Register your member account. Call Customer Service at 1 800 446-5674 for help.
  • Forgot your username or password? Click the "Forgot username or password?" link on our home page and enter the contract number from your member ID. You will be given your username, and asked to create a new password.

It takes awhile for us to activate your account because we must verify your identity and your access to protected information. Please be patient.
