Reading PDF-formatted documentsMany of the documents and forms you might want to download from our website are in portable document format, or PDFs. To read them you need a recent version of AdobeĀ® Reader, software you can download to your computer for free from the Adobe website. Just click on the "Get Adobe Reader" button here.
CookiesYou must set your browser to "allow cookies" to log into priorityhealth.com (see below for how). "Cookies" are files downloaded from a site, and maintained within your computer, which record your preferences and actions on that site. Other browsers may create errors, or not work at all.Secure connection through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)SSL is a protocol for transmitting private documents via the Internet using encryption for data that is transferred over an SSL connection. Your browser must support SSL and this option must be enabled to log into priorityhealth.com. If SSL is not enabled, you will receive an error message, and be unable to log in.If you see a message to notify you that you are entering or leaving a secure connection, click OK or Yes to continue. If you are behind a firewall or proxy that does not support secure connections (for example, if you are accessing the Internet from a computer that is part of a corporate network), contact your local administrator to resolve the issue.
