Creating your Member online account is easy!
If you are a Priority Health member, complete these steps to request an
online user account.
Instructions:
1. Enter your Priority Health contract number
- You'll find it after your name on your ID card.
- If your contract number ends in -00 or -01 or -02, etc., include those,
too.
Note: Every family member has a different contract number.
Click CONTINUE.
2. Confirm your membership
Enter your birth date.
- Use the drop-down menus for the month and day, then type in the
year.
Enter the last 4 numbers of your Social Security number.
If you are a dependent of the policy holder, we may not have
your Social Security number on file so we won't be able to verify your
membership online. Please work with the policy holder's employer to have this information
updated and sent to Priority Health.
Click CONTINUE.
3. Choose a Username and Password
Choose your username.
- Make sure it's at least 6 letters and/or numbers long.
- You can use your e-mail address or any other username you like.
Create your password.
- Passwords must be at least 6 characters long.
- You must include at least one letter and at least one number. You can choose symbols like ! and *, as well.
- Passwords are case-sensitive, so if you capitalize a letter when
creating your password, you'll always have to remember to capitalize that
letter when logging in to your account.
Note: You can set up your accounts so everyone in your family has the same
password.
Our Password Strength Meter checks for how hard your password might be to
"break."
If you're happy with how strong your password is, click
CONTINUE.
OR
If you want to create a stronger password, click CHANGE PASSWORD.
4. Choose your security question
Choose a Security Question.
- This is a question we'll ask you if we ever need to verify your
identity when you're trying to get online and have forgotten your password,
or when you call us.
Answer your security question.
Read through the Agreements using the scroll bar on the
right.
- These agreements explain how we protect the privacy of your
information, and agreements with WebMD (which offers you information, news,
and other resources on health concerns).
Click Yes, I accept.
Click CONTINUE.
Congratulations! You have an online account.
- Make a note of your username.
- Give us your e-mail address if you'll let us send you health or drug alerts or account
information through e-mail. We won't sell or share your e-mail address with
other companies.
Click GO TO YOUR MEMBER CENTER.
You're finished! Now you have access to all kinds of great information -
your claims, your costs, and your health.
Now that you know how, go
create your member account.
