You must create a username and password and set a security question before
you can use services or access your records at priorityhealth.com. This
protects you and all other users of private health information.
To create an account:
- Click on "Register Now." If there is no "Register Now" on the page you
were looking at, use the one on the Priority Health home
page.
- On the next screen, click member, provider, employer, or agent, to tell
us what kind of account you want to create.
- Follow the step-by-step directions to create your account.
To log in once you have created an account:
- In the login area on the Priority Health home page,
enter your user name and password in the fields provided. (If you have
forgotten your username or your password, click on "Forgot your password?"
for help.)
- Click the LOGIN button. You will be taken to your home page.
