Michael Koziara

As Priority Health's Chief Operating Officer, Michael Koziara is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Priority Health's day-to-day operations. These responsibilities include Provider Network, Information Technology, Quality Improvement and other business operations of the organization.

Work experience
Prior to assuming his current responsibilities in January 2011, Koziara served as vice president for the Priority Health Provider Network and Eastern Region. Mr. Koziara has more than 26 years of health industry related experience. Prior to joining Priority Health, Koziara served as the CFO for Care Choices, a regional provider-sponsored HMO in Southeast Michigan. He has also held various managed care roles within the Trinity Health System. He is a certified public accountant by training and spent five years with Coopers & Lybrand in its Detroit office.
