Deborah Phillips

Chief Adminstrative Officer

Deborah Phillips is chief administrative officer at Priority Health and has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the field of human resources. She serves as a key member of the Priority Health executive team and shares responsibility for creation and execution of organizational goals and objectives, particularly focused toward the impact of investing in the success. She is responsible for driving growth through an effective human capital strategy. In addition, she has led several key organizational projects, including the transformation and realignment of the organization to support growth and market demands. Deborah is also in charge of a variety of corporate-wide administrative areas including in-house legal, compliance, facilities and other business support services.

Work experience

Deborah previously worked in Kansas City as the human resource officer for a multi-bank holding company. She has a long-standing commitment to diversity and serves on committees for several organizations in support of these efforts.

Deborah also serves as chair of the Women's Resource Center Board of Directors and is a member of the Advisory Council for Inforum West Michigan. She is committed to diversity and inclusion and works with several organizations, including Priority Health, in support of these initiatives.
