Priority Health celebrates its 25th anniversary with 25 charitable donations

(Grand Rapids, Mich. - December 21, 2011)

Priority Health is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year with 25 charitable donations.

Charities receiving gifts from Priority Health were nominated by the company’s employees. Charities from across Michigan were selected. Winners include food banks, health clinics serving the uninsured, hospice groups and many others.

“For 25 years, Priority Health has provided members with access to excellent and affordable health care,” said Kim K. Horn, president and chief executive officer of Priority Health. “We are happy to mark this anniversary with contributions to 25 worthy charities. Nominated and selected by our employees, these charities share our goal of improving the health of those we serve. Some do that by providing food to the hungry and others research cures and provide education materials to those living with an illness.”
