Steven Flack joins Priority Health as CFO

Priority Health announces the appointment of Steven A. Flack as its new chief financial officer (CFO). He is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s financial efforts, including financial and strategic planning, investments, actuarial and underwriting services, medical economics, accounting and auditor relationships.

He will focus on helping the business deliver economic value to customers, strengthening the company financially and strategically, and building a team of finance professionals and highly valued advisors. 

“With more than 25 years of finance experience Steven is an outstanding addition to Priority Health’s senior leadership team,” said Kimberly K. Horn, president and chief executive officer of Priority Health. “His strategic mindset, depth of experience and unique perspectives will help our team continue to deliver innovative solutions for our customers and the health care industry.”

Flack holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Northern Illinois University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to joining Priority Health, Flack was CFO at Viant Holdings, Inc., formerly Concentra Network Services.

He brings diverse experience, a skill set gained within the payer side of the health care industry, and as a portfolio company, CFO backed by a leading private equity firm. Flack has served on a number of community boards and volunteer organizations including Junior Achievement and Leadership Saginaw.
